June 2, 2010 Dear Parent, Thank you for sending in the Walk-a-thon pledges, any additional pledges will be welcomed this week! On June 20th a Pancake Breakfast will be held to raise money to help Bryn McMahon and her family with mounting medical expenses. The tickets are being sold after Mass for the next few weeks. If you would like to order tickets through school please send the order in an envelope marked Pancake Breakfast and Mrs. Campion will fill your order. Included in this week’s communication: · Bryn’s Breakfast-June 20th · Sponsor a Net Classroom · Form for Transferring from Presentation · CYO-3 flyers · HS Prep class & summer tutoring · Summer Helpers- We need YOU! The 2010-2011 Tentative calendar has been posted. There are a few changes from past years. Remember this is a tentative calendar and revisions will occur during the year. This calendar should be considered before scheduling family trips and appointments. Please be sure to keep Feb. 25th to March 4th cleared since these are the dates for standardized testing in Grades K to 7. The stationery and summer reading lists are posted on our website. TRANSFERS-If your child will not be returning please complete the form for transferring so your child’s records are sent to the correct school. If your child is transferring but you do not have a new school please complete the form as best you can and your child’s records will be pulled and ready for transfer when you inform us of the receiving school. All tuition, fundraising fees, CARES, and school fees must be paid before report cards can be issued or academic records will be released. Please make arrangements to settle all accounts before the last day of school. The school office closes at 11:00 on June 18th. The office will be open the following week; please call for an appointment. Archdiocesan assessments will be administered next week. The performance assessments are being completed this week.
