Dear Parents,

This is the final communication for the summer. The next communication will be sent either the week before school or the week school begins. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making this year the success that it has been. Thank you to the hot dog and pizza parents, the run off room ladies, the nurse’s office volunteers, the lunch monitors, the Home and School Board, the special lunch parents, field day volunteers, chaperones and library aides, tech team, development team, and coaches! And all the other jobs that I may have forgotten to mention! Supportive parents are an invaluable resource. They truly make the school!

In our continuing efforts to improve our school I am asking you to complete our online survey.  Please take a minute or two and respond. Your voice should be heard. Just click on this link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/J2W36ZS

Please keep Mrs. Williams and her family in your prayers. Mrs. William’s sister Anne passed away yesterday.

Included in this week’s communication:

·         Pres Citation

·         H&S Bull Dog Bulletin

·         CYO

·         Altar Server Schedule-July and August

Congratulations to our graduating class; we wish you well and continued success in the next phase of your education.

I would also like to say good-bye to the families that are moving and not returning to Presentation School in the fall. May our paths cross again and may you enjoy your new school community.

Tomorrow is our last school Mass at 10 a.m. We are remembering Mrs. Dowling who will be retiring after a career in Catholic education. Please join us if you can.

Friday is our last day and we will end with a prayer service and our awards ceremony at 9:15.  The students then return to school for distribution of report cards and Terra Nova results. You are invited to attend the prayer service and award ceremony but please remember the children must return to school. Dismissal is at 10:30. Report cards will be not be distributed if fees are unpaid. Please remember we cannot accept personal checks. Thank you for attending to this matter.

May you and your family enjoy a long and lazy summer! And may you come back safe and refreshed in the fall!

Sincerely,
